Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the ba9999 platform, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information you provide during registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each individual may only open one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ba9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For deposits and withdrawals, you must use a valid payment method registered in your name. Account Closure & Suspension

Limitation of Liability

The platform will not be held liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, server issues, or third-party service failures. Any financial risk associated with betting or gaming activities conducted at the user's own discretion is entirely the user's responsibility. If a session is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or device issues, the standard settlement policy will apply. In all dispute resolutions, the decision of the authorities shall be considered final.
Right to Amend Terms
Ba9999 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance wherever possible. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts or regulatory authorities shall apply to any disputes or legal matters. Users are considered to have voluntarily consented to these terms by using the platform. Any term found to conflict with local laws or regulations will be automatically suspended, while the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of these terms is the original, and in the event of any conflict in translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
